Paneer Masala is a simple paneer dish in which paneer cubes are cooked in a spicy onion-tomato sauce. It goes well with Indian bread and Jeera Rice.

Ingredients:
Marinate of Paneer:
Paneer: Paneer: 300gm
Salt to taste
Turmeric a pinch
Kashmiri Chilli Powder- 1/4tsp
Ginger & Garlic Paste: 1/2tsp
Mustard Oil: 1/2tsp
For Gravy:
Oil: 40ml
Bay leaf: 1no
Cumin Seeds: 1tsp
Green Cardamom: 4no
Clove: 4no
Cinnamon Stick: 1inch
Slice Onion- 100gm
Ginger & Garlic Paste: 1tsp
Cumin Powder: 1tsp
Coriander Powder: 1tsp
Turmeric Powder: 1/2tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder: 1tsp
Salt to taste
Fresh Tomato Puree: 100gm
Green Chilli- 4no
Yogurt: 100gm
Kasturi Methi- 1tsp
Water as per your Gravy
Method of Cooking:
Marinate paneer with the ingredients and shallow fry till the light brown color.
Take a kadai and add oil, when the oil heated the add whole masalas.
Then add chopped onion and sauté till brown color, then add ginger garlic paste and cook till the raw flavor of ginger garlic goes off.
Then add powdered masalas and cook well.
When the masalas are cooked, then add fresh tomato puree and cook in medium heat.
When the gravy is cooked then add green chilli and add water as per your gravy.
Mix it nicely then add fried paneer and cook gently in low heat.
Add yogurt and kasturi methi.
After 2minute your dish is ready to serve.
Serve with Roti or paratha.
