Pakora is a spiced fritter from the Indian subcontinent that is sold on the street and served in restaurants throughout South Asia and the world. It comprises of deep-fried ingredients, usually vegetables like potatoes and onions, coated in seasoned gram flour batter.

Chicken Pakora is a delicious appetizer for a party or a tea-time snack to enjoy later in the evening. You won't be able to resist cooking this very easy and quick chicken meal with all the flavors and spices on multiple occasions.

Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken: 1kg
Coriander Seeds: 3tbsp
Fennel Seeds: 1tbsp
Carom Seeds: 2tbsp
Ginger & Garlic Paste: 2tbsp
Turmeric Powder: 1tbsp
Garam Masala Powder: 1tbsp
Coriander Powder- 1tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder- 1tbsp
Fresh Lime or Lemon Juice- 8tbsp
Slice Onion- 2no
Egg- 3no
Chopped Fresh Coriander- 50gm
Green Chilli (Optional)
Gram flour- 4tbsp
Rice Flour- 2tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil & Water for Mixture
Oil for Frying
Method of Cooking:
Cut chicken leg and breast in cubes.
Roasted nicely Coriander, Fennel, carom seed and grind it nicely.
Mix the chicken with all the ingredients.
Make a tight mixture.
Heat oil in kadai and deep fry the pakoras.
Serve with Masala tea or Tomato Ketchup.
